FLEECE

We breed alpacas throughout the whole spectrum of colours. We carefully select our fleece to produce high quality fibre with longevity of fineness, producing almost 600kg of luxurious alpaca fibre per annum. This is processed into quality knitting yarns which are sold under the TOFT brand.

We also purchase top quality Huacaya and Suri fibre from other UK breeders. All our fibre is processed in the UK and sold through the TOFT retail shop.

TOFT STUDIO AND COFFEE SHOP

The TOFT Studio is a bespoke on-farm educational and retail facility. Creative director Kerry Lord has developed TOFT into a world renowned brand. TOFT excels in processing UK alpaca fibre into luxury knitting yarn alongside a range of luxury 100% wool, and is home to Kerry Lord's best selling books and characters from Edward's Menagerie, Edward's Menagerie: Birds and the new Edward's Imaginarium

Alpaca knitting yarns, wool, accessories and gifts can be purchased through the TOFT retail shop.

TOFT Studio is open Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm.

LIVERY

We provide on-farm livery for those who want alpacas without the hassle, or those wishing to build their own herd. On-farm livery at TOFT means we will look after your alpacas as our own for a fee. They are registered as yours, you make all the important decisions and cover any vet bills, and you have access to your alpacas any time you choose.

On-farm livery is a way for those with busy city lives to gain entry to a rewarding agricultural lifestyle with a difference.

TOFT ALPACA WALKS

There are three public footpaths running through our farm. The paths are all double fenced enabling you and your dogs to admire the alpacas. You are free to explore the public footpaths and enjoy our alpacas any time you choose, but we highly recommend that you combine your walk with some luxury retail therapy and award winning coffee and cake at the TOFT Studio & Coffee Shop (open Weds-Sun).

LOCATION

TOFT Alpaca Stud is near the village of Dunchurch in North East Warwickshire. We are within shouting distance of the M45, M1 and M6 and our farm sits on the shores of the picturesque Draycote reservoir.

BY CAR

Toft Lane is located off the A426 just outside Dunchurch on the road towards Southam. If you are heading out of Dunchurch, Toft Lane is the first turning on the right after the M45 motorway bridge. We are a short hop from Draycote Water, and if coming up from the reservoir Toft Lane is a left turning at the top of Toft Hill as you approach Dunchurch.

ON FOOT

From Dunchurch Village walk about a kilometre passed the Old Thatched Cottage and the Fish and Chip Shop in the direction of Southam. You will cross both ends of Sandford Way and then over the M45 Bridge. Toft Lane is on your right, and the drive and entrance to the shop is signposted Toft Manor, to the right as the lane turns left. From of Draycote Water you can see the alpacas from the side of the reservoir at the North East tip. Here you will find a set of double wooden gates and a small footpath gate. Go through this gate and follow the footpath up the hill to the right. Here you will be walking with alpacas on your left up towards Toft Manor. At the stile or gate turn left onto Toft Lane and you will find the entrance to Toft Manor and the Shop on your right on the corner as the lane turns right.

GROUPS

Talks to interested groups and parties are available by arrangement and all visitors are welcome to take in the view and take a walk to meet the alpacas. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
